Mwave Golden Ticket E-mail Promotion
OFFICIAL RULES

  1. Employees of mWave, and affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives or member of the respective immediate families of such employees are ineligible to participate in the promotion.
     
  2. The Promotion will run from May 14th, 2008 to June 14th, 2008. The Promotion consists of a $50 mwave merchandise coupon and a sweepstakes drawing.
     
  3. Terms and Conditions concerning the gift offer are as follows:
    1. Customers who sign-up for the mwave e-mail newsletter, will be entered in a sweepstakes drawing for a $50 Coupon giveaway.
    2. Customer will be notified via e-mail, and will be required to confirm eligibility. Coupon will be delivered by e-mail and loaded to customer account.
    3. Coupons are limited to one (1) per customer while quantities are available.
       
  4. Terms and Conditions concerning the sweepstakes drawing for one of 40 - $50 mwave coupons are as follows:
    1. Each coupon is valued at $50 towards any merchandise at mwave.com.
    2. No minimum purchase is required.
    3. Coupon may only be redeemed once. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
    4. Coupon carries NO CASH VALUE.
    5. Each e-mail subscriber will be entered in each weekly drawing, held at the end of every week for 4 weeks. A total of 10 winners per week, will be selected.

      c) Limit one entry per Entrant regardless of the method of entry. No responsibility is assumed by Mwave.com for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, postage due or illegible entries. All entries become the property of Mwave.com, and will not be returned.

      d) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Mwave.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable.

      e) Winners will be notified within seven (7) days after the drawing date. Return of any prize/ prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept prize within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Mwave.com, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion or any prize won.
       
  5. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to abide by these official rules and decisions of Mwave.com, which are final.
     
  6. All decisions with respect to the awarding of gifts are in Mwave.com sole discretion and all such decisions are final.
     
  7. The program is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
